How do the free lawyer phone consultations work? What is your policy?

You can book a free call with one of our lawyers whenever you need quick help, advice or assistance – and is unlimited for our Sprintlaw Plus Members.

You can book phone consultations with our lawyers without a strict limit. However, to ensure we can provide everyone with quality service, we have a Fair Usage Policy here.

Here are the key points:

• Consultation Scope: Member calls are meant for addressing ad-hoc legal questions. They do not include document review, email review, or advice requiring extensive time beyond the phone call.
• Time Limit: Each consultation is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. If more time is needed, your lawyer will provide a fixed-fee quote for the additional service.
• Complex Legal Issues: Some complex legal matters may fall outside the scope of our general membership. In such cases, we will provide a quote for a one-off consultation fee with one of our specialist lawyers.
• Unreasonable use: We want to give everyone access to quality service. You may be breaching our Fair Usage Policy if you are booking in multiple calls on a single topic, booking multiple calls as an attempt to avoid purchasing legal services, or pressuring our lawyers to provide legal advice or answers to complex questions without an opportunity to fully consider issues.
