How it works

Voice Chat

  • Start a call with Taylor and speak to our AI for instant answers to simple business legal questions such as contracts, policies or compliance.

Ask a Question

  • Type your questions to Taylor and receive instant answers from our AI trained on Sprintlaw resources, including articles, legal documents, clauses and more.

Upload a Doc

  • Upload any business legal document and ask your questions for quick responses.
  • These documents are securely stored on Sprintlaw servers.
  • Uploaded documents can be processed by OpenAI for responses if the chat feature is activated. These documents are not used to train OpenAI's models.

How we use OpenAI

Our tools use OpenAI’s ChatGPT-3.5, 4, and GPT-4.5 models to generate responses. Here’s how it works:

  1. Question Processing: When you use these tools, your questions are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate a response.
  2. Data Privacy: OpenAI doesn’t retain a copy of any data you send, and the data won’t be used to train their models. However, Sprintlaw may use your questions for our internal database.
  3. Data Removal: If you prefer, you can request the removal of your questions from our database at any time.

These AI features provide fast, accurate responses to help you with your legal inquiries, ensuring you have the information you need at your fingertips.
