Where can I find a receipt or invoice for a past project?

How to access

You can quickly access and download your receipts and invoices whenever you need them. Here’s how:

  1. Log into Your Account: Start by signing into your account.
  2. View Profile: Click 'View Profile' on the bottom-left hand panel.
  3. Select Billing: Click ‘Billing’.
  4. Find Your Receipt or Invoice: Locate the relevant fixed-fee project under 'Fixed-Fee Billing' and click 'View’ to access and download the receipt or invoice.



By following these steps, you can easily access and download your receipts or invoices whenever you need them.

Note for AU clients

Once you've paid your fixed-fee quote, you'll receive a receipt confirming payment which you can access via the platform. 

You'll also receive an email with a trust receipt, as required under trust accounting laws. Under these laws, the funds are taken into our solicitor trust account first as the money is still technically yours until we complete the project. We issue you with a deposit notice and trust receipt to confirm your payment into the trust account. This receipt should be emailed to you within 24-48 hours after we receive payment. 

Once your job is complete and we withdraw the funds from our trust account, we will send you the full tax invoice. This is available in platform via the above steps.
