How do I reset or update my password?

Forget your password? Don't worry – here are two easy ways to reset it:

  • In Platform: Log into your account and go to 'View Profile' on the bottom left-hand corner. Click 'Profile' and scroll down to 'Update Password.' Here, you can enter your current and new password. Click 'Save' to update.
  • When Logging In: Go to https://platform.sprintlaw.co/login and click 'Forgot Password.' An email will be sent to you with prompts to reset your password. Please note that the reset link will expire after 1 hour.
