What is Passkey? How can I create or update a Passkey?

Passkey is a secure and convenient way to access our business legal management platform without the hassle of traditional passwords. As a business owner, using a Passkey not only enhances your account security but also simplifies your login process with modern authentication methods like biometrics or hardware security keys.

Here’s how to add and manage your passkey:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Start by signing into your account.
  2. Go to Your Profile: Click on 'View Profile' on the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. Manage Your Password: Click 'Profile,' scroll down to 'Manage Password,' and click 'Add Passkey.'
  4. Create Your Passkey: Choose how you want to create your passkey – either via iCloud Keychain, your phone or tablet, your Chrome profile, or a USB security key.

You can always update your Passkey by following steps 1-3.
