What is Sprintlaw's company registration tool and how does it work?

Sprintlaw's company registration tool is an online workflow that lets you register an Australian company with ASIC.

Simply choose your company name, select any additional registrations you need, complete your application and pay online. Once submitted, Sprintlaw will lodge your company registration with ASIC on your behalf.

When your company is successfully registered, you'll be able to access and download your registration documents through the Sprintlaw platform, including your ASIC registration documents and company constitution.

Your Sprintlaw account also helps you manage your company registrations over time. We'll keep track of important registration details, notify you of key dates and renewal requirements, and make it easier to request future company changes or updates when needed.
