How do I share a quote, project or document?

Sharing quotes, projects, or documents with your team is easy. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log into Your Account: Access your account by logging in.
  2. Navigate to the Item You Want to Share:
    • Quotes: Click on 'Legal Services' in the left-hand panel, then select 'Quotes.'
    • Projects: Click on 'Legal Services' in the left-hand panel, then select 'Projects.'
    • Documents: Click on 'Documents' in the left-hand panel, then select 'Library.'
  3. Share the Item: Locate the item you want to share. Click on the three dots next to the item (see example below). Select 'Share' from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select the Users: A pop-up will appear with a list of users you can share the item with. If the user you want does not appear, you may need to add them to your organisation’s account. You can learn more about the roles of different users here and how to add new users here.
